At first it went on quite streaky and shiny like a gloss paint & I thought “ what have I done”? , but I think with this paint you definitely need to put a base paint on first & you have to put on thin layers and dry in between each layer .. I painted my table legs and I took my time and did three layers .it does Dry quickly , and it does dry with a Matt finish in the end which I wanted .. for the price it’s quite a good paint .. thin layers is the way to go with this paint , … and with each layer it looks better . The end result was really good! I’d say 4.5 stars

The Black Leyland Trade Multi Surface Paint was disappointing. It required two to three coats for decent coverage, which was frustrating. The paint went on streaky and the finish wasn’t as smooth or professional as expected. I had hoped for better quality from this brand. Wouldn’t recommend for a flawless finish.
