I made a new wooden frame for my badly fitting metal shed door, and used this stuff to seal it from rain water. It's now just coming in to spring and it's as sealed as it was when i first coated it. Great stuff

Banana Pants
Bought to seal the overlap on a summer house roof. It's easy enough to apply. I painted over the overlaps and pushed it into the join. The first time it rained, there was less of a leak, but it wasn't as water-tight as I'd hoped. So I put on a second coat, and widened the strip. However, there is still a leak from somewhere. The roof has a slight slope, not as steep as a normal shed, and some of the boards have warped, so rainwater puddles on the roof. I will have to put on another coat(s?) in the area of the puddle.
