On first opening I realised this was not fluid it's more of a gel I was using to seal craft plaster Because it's more solid than fluid was a bit lumpy do has to work it really well After use I can conclude it's OK Certainly not for large areas as would not be feasible to use My opinion is it's a poly varnish in gel form I would proberbly use a named poly varnish in future Oh and seems to dull anything covered so not totally transparent

I used the product too stop water leaking from my bird bath.therewere no holes or cracks, just excess porosity. Aftercapplication, the proctor turned the water bright blue. "fortunately " the bright blue water soaked away within 24 hours and the birdbath remains dry but leaky !
