Product arrived a day earlier than originally scheduled, so no issues there. Cleaned and then jet-wash the area in preparation, and once dry commenced painting. The original patio (imprinted concrete) had been stained yellow with sealant. We had tried to put a darker colour seal on it but it would not work, original colour mixed with the new so stopped. Did a fair amount of research online and in the usual shops looking for concrete patio paint, and this came out tops both in ease of application and cost. So, one area now almost complete, and should finish paths, etc within a couple of days. Instructions do say apply two coats, but it seems to have done the job with a single (though heavy) coat For delivery, cost and application will give it 5 stars, but will go for four for the moment and update in a couple of months to see how it fares thru the sunshiny and rain.

First thing todo is turn tin upside down to allow any sediment from bottom to mix back into paint. Left over night. Jet washed patio. Mixed paint with an electric drill paddle attachment. 2mins. Roller with medium sleeve. Decision time: Two or more thin coats or one heavy coat. I went heavy. Paint is very easy to use. Took just over an hour. Patio 18 square metres. Took 3/4 of 5Lt tin. Paint covered very well. no need for further coats. Durability, longevity, can't comment. Photo 3 paint is dry (4hrs) has a nice sheen. Weather conditions: sunny day, temp., 21c
