It can be easy to give a company a review for their products doing what they say it will which is as it should be but the true test of customer service is when something goes wrong. I ordered my paint second pot I had ordered of this company and proceeded to open the can and finish the job I had started only to find that the paint in the can was a different colour to specified on the can. So contacted the supplier and they couldn't do enough to help I sent them some photos of the can and the paint on wall alongside the correct colour there was a new can on the way to me the next day which was exactly what I needed. This is what customer service is all about how you handle the difficulties when they arise. Well done all at ClimaShield
