Great rollers produce a very good finish the only downside is when you wash them water gets inside and its difficult to remove it so you get drips of water coming out as you use it and effects the finish otherwise i would give 5 stars

Most masonry rollers are 9" + which makes them rather heavy when loaded with paint. I bought these for coating my concrete roof tiles to restore colour after the bleaching effect of moss killer. The 7" size fits the flat area of the tiles whereas anything larger will only work horizontally and not so well with an extension pole. The roller is certainly durable as I only used one sleeve and that still has some life left. The only improvement would be a screw fitting handle for attaching more securely to an extension pole.

Really good quality roller. I bought this pack of four rollers with handle included as I thought I might go through all of them for the job ahead. My house, built 1928, is ninety per cent covered in the harshest pebble-dashed finish. Painting it is a nightmare so I thought the rollers would fall apart but no, one roller did the whole house. Good quality, very resilient, value for money.

Best roller set to date, covered heavy pebbledash much better than expected even when straddling log shed and using extension pole to reach gable end wall. Wear on roller minimal and washed clean quite easily. Would recommend. '

The media could not be loaded. I was pleased to try this 'ROLLINGDOG 7" (180mm) Paint Roller Set with 3PC 1/2” (12mm) Nap High Density Polyamide Roller Cover Sleeves, for Exterior Interior Wall Painting'. I have had some other types of roller and sleeves from this manufacturer and have found them to be excellent. I needed an exterior suitable set, to paint the smooth rendered part of the front of my house. 1. You get the metal and handle part, with one roller sleeve in situ and two spare sleeves. 2. The sleeve just pulls off the metal bar when you need to change it but it is a nice tight fit, so it will not slip off by accident. 3. The pile on the sleeves is deep at 1.2cm and very tightly packed, with polyamide fibres. There is no shedding even if you try to pull it outwards, away from the core. 4. The roller gives 7 inches of painting surface and is suitable for 'semi smooth to semi rough surfaces both interior and exterior' and apparently works with all paints - eg. oil or water based. 5. Washing it out is as effective as usual fabric rollers. 6. The very sturdy plastic handle has a black, with orange stripe, silicone like covering that is very well adhered - this makes it comfortable to hold. You can attach an extension pole for better reach that clicks into the two oval holes. I have an extension pole, that I bought from a DIY store, that fits this roller perfectly, so it is possibly a universal fitting. 7. I am very happy with this set and the current price of £17.99 is fine, in my opinion, for the quality, sturdiness of everything and the quantity of the sleeves.
