Through experience, I think the best waterproof sealants are the 'elastic' types - I've always had good results. I've got a nightmare of a bath that leaks with caverns around it, I do need a new suite as it is ancient and the footing on the bath is just old-basic and I suspect isn't fitted properly as it sinks when full of water and the gaps open and no amount of silicone or other can fill the expanse. Needless to say from time to time a bit of water escapes our efforts to stop it leaking down into the kitchen ceiling... In the past I've used PVA but it's not quite right, I've used sprays and they need a million coats, but this was just the trick! I did expect to paint the ceiling afterwards and I didn't expect this to be 100% cover in one coat, it's not advertised as such either. I suspect also, the image with the white paint, this has been added to white paint so as to convert paint to waterproof paint, although I wonder about ratio. I also think when it talks about filling cracks, I think that is in relation to the relative size of pinholes - so like hairline cracks etc. But that's just my rambling thoughts, and it's done the job for me.

I used it to seal a small leak around my bath/shower. Followed instructions fully,cleaned and dried the area, applied 1st coat waited until tacky, applied 2nd coat, waited 30+ hrs, before use, 2 days of shower use not a bath, and this has resulted in the photos. It clearly mentions water resistant??. Total waste of money and time. No smell, functionally no use for what I thought it could be used for.

I used this for maintenance purposes. Motorhome roof had no issues but, wanted to recoat existing caulking. The product is thin enough to fill fine cracks that may cause problems down the road. Would highly recommend for maintenance but not for repair. Application was very easy and dried quickly between coats.

Wir machen jetzt Kellerabdichtung. Ich habe das Produkt im Keller und Außenflächen verwendet. Das Produkt hat eine tolle Konsistenz, lässt sich gut verstreichen und trocknet schnell. Auch die 1-kg-Packung ist sehr ergiebig und reicht für viele Anwendungen. Nach der Behandlung sieht alles nicht nur ordentlich aus, sondern die Abdichtung hält tatsächlich allen Witterungsbedingungen stand. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
