So disappointed with this paint. It was used according to the instructions. Area painted in dry weather with a base on first. The tin says it dries within 4 hours. It was, so that was good. We went away that night and returned the following day. We had had some rain - not heavy. We walked into our house treading over part of the painted area. When I looked down there were wet paint footprints on our inside and outside doormats and on our tiled floor. When we checked outside, the paint was running onto our drive. One part of the painted area was completely free of paint as it had washed away. We contacted Dulux customer services and spoke to someone who said you have to cure the paint for days. There is nothing in your instructions on the tin to say this, otherwise we would not have painted it at that time. Your customer services are appalling, trying to put the blame on us for painting at this time of year. The tin of paint does not advise only to paint in the Summer months. We would never have purchased this paint if the instructions had been on the tin advising us when or not to paint. A total disaster now, because we have to replace two doormats as the paint won't come out. Strange really - maybe we should put the mats out in the rain and it might wash off.
