Great product but tin arrived in box just slightly larger than tin with very little padding for protection. Subsequently tin dented in a couple of places, lid sealed on with 'fragile sticky tape' although no mention on outer box of spillable or fragile contents. A small amount of spillage from lid evident. Not sure if this happened before tape went on or after, but seemed strange to even put tape on a tin lid. Couldn't fault product though, and as I needed it urgently, and as contents seemed fine decided not to send it back. Bought this to re paint wooden gates, covered extremely well and would def use again.

The attached photo is of a shed door I painted last year when i purchased a 750ml tin of this to give it a try. As you can see, a year later and it still looks great and there is no sign of any sun bleaching, wear or weathering - so far it is proving to be a good buy. This year I purchased this 2.5L tin to paint the two wooden gates and some other bits around the gardens. This stuff is easy to apply, the brushes wash out with warm, soapy water and the finish, so far, has not diminished over the past year.

Purchased the same pain couple of years ago from B&Q and was of reasonable Quality. Ronseal has now changed it so it was not only thin (like milk) but satin finish came out as gloss! Thank god just done couple of windows but had to purchase new paint and start from scrath paying the chap who did it again! Contacted Ronseal customer services now based in Romania and chaps called David and Alex (not their real names of course) stringed me along for a month! Complete waste of my time! Will never purchase anything from Ronseal! The seller was brilliant and did a partial refund as apparently Amazon kept £3.95?
