The wall panels are as described and good quality, however, I have rated the transaction 4 stars purely for the delivery as it was the worst ever from an Amazon product. The delivery man arrived and I followed him to the van to help him carry the panels and noticed that no parcels were restrained in any form. I was horrified when he proceeded to throw parcels arround the van until he found my 5 package's. I asked him to be careful as they were fragile. When he finally removed them, I noticed they were all damaged in some form or another and asked him to wait until I had opened them and checked them for damage, he proceeded to photograph the packeges and left. On opening them individually, I fond 2 out of the 5 damaged, one in the centre and one on the edge. Fortunately, I am cutting the panels to fit around a TV and fire, so will be able to cut out the damage.

I absolutely love this wall panel! Great for the money. Wood is lovely. I recommend taping the wood with masking tape before you saw it to cut, it stops the wood chipping and gives you a neat cut. It came within one day of ordering it. I’ve done mine different, but I love it! This is my kitchen diner. Thank you again! I’ll be sure to order more in the future.

I am so happy with these panels. They arrived well packaged to protect them from damage. I had them stored in my bedroom for a couple of weeks until I had a joiner come and fit them for me in my living-room. I love the colour and they really make a great feature wall. You can see the difference with my before and after photos. Brilliant seller, brilliant product and everything is as I had imagined for weeks! I highly recommend these panels for anyone considering buying.
