- DURABLE PROTECTION – The Patio Paint has a tough and durable finish for concrete and stone patios. The Patio Paint is specially formulated to prevent mould & fungi from penetrating concrete patios. Water based non toxic formula which is pet friendly, no odour paint.
- MOULD & FUNGI RESISTANT - provides resistance against mould & fungal growth in high humid areas. Suitable for use on all patio surfaces such as brick, concrete, stone, slabs,tiles etc.
- PREPARATION – The Patio Paint is Ready for use on patio surfaces. Before painting, the surface should be cleaned thoroughly to remove mould and should be dry, clean and free from grease, dirt, and loose or flaking material. Remove any mould and dirt by pressure washing. Alternatively, chemical cleaning can be used for surface preparation.
- APPLICATION – Apply Siramico's The Patio Paint by brush, roller or airless spraying. Drying time is between 1-2 hours, a second coat can be applied after 3-4 hours. The coverage is up to 10 sq. metres per 1 litres.
- PROFESSIONAL GRADE FINISH - The Patio Paint is a smooth professional looking finish which is highly UV resistant and easy to clean.

The item was for next day delivery although received it 2 days later due to delivery issues. On using the paint I found it of good quality and thick. It was very easy to apply. The colour (Black) has a little sheen to it. I do think they should have larger tins as only comes in 5l so had to buy 2 tins to cover my garden patio (2 coats of paint). I hope that the paint does not flake over time and lasts a long period of time.
