We’ve used this to paint over a troublesome area of outside wall that water used to seep in through. The sealant paint is easy to use … like the consistency of a slightly watery pva glue-and it is a whitish colour when wet ( good, as you can see where you’ve painted) , and dries to clear. It also doesn’t have too strong an odour. Only one niggle …the pot comes with a sealed outer lid, and a second inner lift-off lid, but once the seal was broken on the outer lid, the lid wouldn’t go back on again securely. Otherwise, all seems good- sofar it seems to’ve sorted the problem, although too early to say if the waterproofing effects last.

Simple to use and not too viscose this 'stuff' goes on easily. It dries quickly and dioes the job. There is no data on what the active ingredients are other than it is polymer-based. It is low VOC so doesn't honk like some do.

This liquid waterproofing sealant comes supplied with 2 brushes, so you are good to go straight out of the box. The sealant is a runny liquid texture and is very easy to apply to the desired area, it doesn’t drag or dry too quickly so you can make sure you get a smooth finish. I used this product on my conservatory, where rain water was seeping in between the windowsill and the frame. The sealant dries clear and doesn’t affect the look of the wood or plastic frame. I am happy with this product, it doesn’t smell of strong chemicals and it is good value for money as it is a large size tub.

This waterproof agent looks like a fairly runny, white liquid before applying but once applied it is clear. It comes with two small brushes. I did a test patch on a wooden pallet before applying it to my garden furniture to make sure it doesn't affect the appearance too much. You can see by the picture that it makes the wood a little darker but it actually enhances the look in my opinion. You need to leave the agent for 48 hours to dry in a warm, dry environment. You can also use this agent on concrete, bricks, tiles, in fact you can use it on almost anything. Once dry it is waterproof. The only caveat I would mention is that it says "In wet conditions it is not recommended to walk on the surface that has been coated with waterproof glue" and I think this is because it will make it a bit more slippery. Overall this glue is amazing. For the right application this glue can quickly and easily waterproof most materials, walls, roofs, cracks, etc.

I used the NIUB Invisible Waterproof Agent to fix a few leaks around my home, and it worked great. It goes on clear, so it didn’t change the look of my surface, which I really liked. Application was super easy, I used a brush, and it spread evenly. It sealed cracks quickly and dried fast. So far, it’s holding up well, even in rainy weather. Definitely a solid waterproofing solution.

The tub claims this is liquid rubber. It most certainly is not. There is in fact no information as to what it is. There is no contact information or health and safety data. This is a red flag. Difficult to open. Very poor value.

El producto llega bien embalado y con un envase robusto. Al abrirlo, el sellador tiene una consistencia viscosa que facilita su aplicación en diversas superficies. Tras limpiar y secar la superficie a tratar, apliqué el sellador con una brocha. Es importante aplicar al menos dos capas para asegurar una impermeabilización efectiva. Después de dejar secar entre capa y capa, noté que las superficies quedaron protegidas contra la humedad y las filtraciones.​ Este sellador es adecuado para una variedad de materiales, incluyendo cemento, metal, baldosas de cerámica, mármol, madera y plástico. Ich besitze eine historisch alte, große Bodenvase aus verkupfertem Zink, ehemals wohl als Wasserkanne gedacht, die leider am Boden Bruchstellen hat und undicht ist. Ich habe sie innen zwei Mal mit dem NIUB Dichtungsmittel gestrichen und jeweils über zwei Tage trocknen lassen. Nach dem ersten Anstrich trat noch etwas Wasser aus den früher irgendwann mal notdürftig verlöteten Bruchstellen heraus, aber nach dem zweiten Anstrich ist sie nun dicht. Auch mit ca. 5 Litern voll gefüllt tritt nichts mehr aus. Ich habe den Boden der Kanne auch von außen gestrichen. Das Dichtungsmittel trocknet so klar und transparent aus, dass es unsichtbar wird und nicht mehr zu sehen ist. Wenn es bei so einer Bodenvase mit andauerndem Wasserdruck klappt, funktioniert das Mittel natürlich auch bei allen anderen Untergründen. Voraussetzungen sind, dass der Untergrund trocken ist und dass man das Dichtungsmittel mindestens zwei Tage Zeit gibt, durchzutrocknen. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann das Mittel also empfehlen.

È dotato di un doppio coperchio a pressione che sembra idoneo a conservare abbastanza a lungo l’integrità del prodotto dopo la prima apertura. Il contenuto si presenta piuttosto liquido e quindi di agevole stesura, alla stregua di una normale vernice. Il pennello si pulisce facilmente dopo l’uso con un semplice risciacquo. Non viene dichiarata la composizione ma bisogna presumere si tratti di membrana impermeabilizzante liquida a base di resine poliuretaniche, monocomponente senza solventi e priva di composti organici volatili. Sarebbe però importante che le specifiche chimiche venissero chiaramente esplicitate sull’etichetta. Applicato ad un serramento in legno già abbastanza degradato, dove le giunzioni lasciavano trafilare l’acqua piovana, aderisce correttamente e stabilmente. Una volta che la membrana è asciutta non ci sono punti visibili di sollevamento della pellicola, che si integra bene essendo in piccola parte assorbita similmente ad una vernice. Alla fine l’aspetto del legno non appare sostanzialmente alterato, solo leggermente scurito. Sull’area di applicazione ogni infiltrazione è stata eliminata. Su altre tipologie di superfici si nota il minore effetto adesivo perché viene a formarsi il semplice velo di copertura e resta critica la zona periferica, cioè dove la pellicola finisce: è quindi consigliabile cercare di farla terminare in un punti riparati. Per un risultato apprezzabile di protezione contro le infiltrazioni d’acqua è importante seguire scrupolosamente le indicazioni d’uso, ma in ogni caso allargare l’area di trattamento rispetto alla zona critica e stendere più mani di prodotto garantiscono sempre risultati migliori. Non in tutte le condizioni si potrà ottenere una impermeabilizzazione assolutamente sigillante, in particolare dove l’acqua è destinata a ristagnare. Definire questo prodotto sigillante potrebbe indurre aspettative troppo ottimistiche e per questo preferirei definirlo protezione dalle infiltrazioni. Rappresenta sicuramente un sistema utile e molto pratico per formare una barriera contro i danni dell’umidità sulle superfici soggette ad essere saltuariamente bagnate ma dove l’acqua non ristagna a lungo.
