It does the job although you do have to get your timing right if you're using this outside, as it takes some time to dry. It's easy to apply though. I'm using it to help seal an area above my mother's kitchen, where leaves get trapped and water has seeped into the ceiling before. After clearing the leaves and build up of muck, drying out the inside, and pulling back some of the roofing lead, this provides a reasonable coat of protection. Over the top, I will put some mesh to help catch the leaves and maintain a channel for water to run off the roof, but as a component on sorting this out, this is vital and very useful. It does the job.

Wanted to try this on a crack between paving flags & the entry to an old brick garden shed; I didn't want water seeping down and potentially undermining the foundations. The tub size is ideal for smaller projects & the 2 enclosed brushes while tiny are good for small nooks or narrow fiddly areas etc. If you're needing to do a large area this tub may not be the best option. I tried some of this in the gap, the thickish consistency went on easily with the small handy brush included. (wash clean with water). Unfortunately (& I had some clue this may happen), the product did not dry, I assume due to exterior temperatures not being high enough for long enough for curing to happen, so even after several days there was still a white, wet sticky finish, now covered in small fragments of general dusty garden debris! I shall have to retry in the warmer months. I can see how this could work in theory but will need to wait for the practice. So this is just a heads-up post really, do ensure the temperature is suitable to use this (day & following night), don't do as I did and essentially waste some of the product.

This is quite thick it does.come with gloves and brushes personally iid prefer a but bigger of a brush and deffinatly use the gloves. If you are going to use this outside like I did you need to choose a time when you will have a few days of warm wheather as I found d this tool a few days to fully dry out. I have used it around windows outside to protect the sills. I haven't noticed any leakage coming thru since this had been applied I did put it on quite thick. Has a strong odour so I was glad I used it outdoors.
